According to information gathered at Monster.com (a job portal and search site), the unemployment rate of Indianapolis area is just below 9% - which is below the national average (as shown in the chart), but still not welcome news to the thousands who may be looking for work.

What can you do in times like this? Run away and hide? You could - but I think I might have a better solution.
